Excel Hybrid / Structural Rack Systems offer you the best of both worlds. Excel Storage engineers have uniquely combined the structural strength of C-Channel Structural Rack and the efficiency of Roll-Formed Rack to create a system so strong and stress-free it meets the strict AISC Edge-Distance Code.

Roll-Formed Step Beams are strong and feature an integral step for decking and are totally enclosed for clean applications such as a food warehouse. A roll-formed step beam creates more capacity with less steel due to its design and shape. The steel savings reduces material cost, installation cost and shipping cost.

C-Channel Uprights produce maximum strength and can stand the daily torture of lift trucks and material handling equipment. We use 1” x 2” horizontals and 1” x 1” diagonals as opposed to angle and we offer either a 3” or 4” C-channel upright to meet your needs.

The formed beam connector is patented by Excel Storage because it produces a stress-free connection that uniformly distributes the load. Our patented connector is formed to fit square or perpendicular to the uprights for a “glove-tight” fit. The beams are adjustable in 2” increments.
